This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and betsmove ("the Platform") governing your use of all products and services available at betsmove.ws. Please read these Terms carefully before using betsmove.
By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on betsmove, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using betsmove immediately and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related betsmove policies:
To be eligible to hold a betsmove Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
betsmove reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and potentially permanent closure. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible User may be forfeited.
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one betsmove Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, identities, or household members' information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betsmove employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betsmove reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your betsmove Account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. betsmove is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the User. Material inaccuracies discovered after registration will result in account review and may lead to suspension or closure.
All betsmove accounts are subject to mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawal of any funds is permitted. betsmove may request copies of government-issued identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Accounts that fail KYC verification within the timeframe specified by betsmove will be suspended. betsmove does not share KYC documents with third parties except as required by our gaming license authority or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betsmove Account credentials, including your password, two-factor authentication codes, and any linked mobile number OTPs. betsmove will never request your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to be from betsmove that requests your password is fraudulent.
Where betsmove suspects Account compromise, we reserve the right to lock the Account pending User identity verification and investigation. betsmove will not process withdrawals from an Account under security investigation until the investigation is resolved.
betsmove accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and major cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your betsmove Account dashboard.
All deposits are credited to your betsmove Wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betsmove does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider are outside betsmove's control and are the responsibility of the User.
By depositing funds into your betsmove Account, you confirm that:

betsmove reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. betsmove may also accept bets subject to lower maximum stakes than the maximum displayed on the Platform. Bets are not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number displayed on screen.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body or, where no official result is available within a reasonable period, by betsmove's trading team using verifiable public sources. betsmove's decision on the settlement of any bet is final and conclusive.
In-play (live) betting markets update in real time during sporting events. There may be a delay between real-world events and the update of in-play odds on the Platform. betsmove is not liable for any losses arising from this delay. Once a live bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the User.
All casino games available on betsmove — including live dealer tables, slot machines, digital table games, and card games — are governed by these Terms and the specific rules for each individual game as displayed within the game interface. The following general conditions apply to all casino play:

Where bonus abuse is identified, betsmove reserves the right to forfeit the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betsmove and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
All content on the betsmove Platform — including but not limited to the betsmove name, logo, brand identity, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and the Platform's underlying code — is the intellectual property of betsmove or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betsmove Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any betsmove content or software without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betsmove excludes all liability for:
Where betsmove's liability cannot be excluded by law, betsmove's total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) PKR 50,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betsmove's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Upon termination for breach, betsmove may retain all or part of the Account balance where it relates to bonus funds, fraudulent activity, or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
Users may close their betsmove Account at any time by contacting betsmove support. Upon account closure by the User, all remaining real-money funds will be returned via the User's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification and any outstanding pending bets.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or related to your use of betsmove (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betsmove holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account action, Users should first contact betsmove support to seek informal resolution. betsmove commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by betsmove's licensing authority. betsmove's licensing authority provides independent dispute resolution for eligible player complaints. betsmove reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betsmove will provide reasonable notice to all registered Users via email or in-Platform notification, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the betsmove Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. betsmove maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, available upon written request to our support team.
